Am I right? Aperitivo hour is super important in Italy. It is more than a means to deal with (the bleep) of the day, it is really is a time of day to enjoy a cocktail as a means to jumpstart your appetite for dinner. Well, lord knows, I don’t need an aperol spritz to get hungry, but I do like to wear this bandana at the festive daily activity at 5pm to further inform that dinner is headed my way.
